The ALPO® Real Meat Moments Video Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who own a dog and, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Registration at the ALPO Real Meat Moments web site is required for online submissions of videos.

By submitting registration information or a video for purposes of entering the ALPO® Real Meat Moments contest, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Nestlé Purina PetCare Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and video content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and video content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Nestle Purina PetCare Company reserves the right to not post or remove any video or registration information to or from the site for containing inappropriate content. The definition of inappropriate content is at the sole discretion of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company. Any entrant whose registration information or video is removed from or not posted to the site will not be eligible for the contest.

Submissions must be received by 7/27/2008 11:59:59 p.m. ET in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize or Runners up Prizes. All approved video submissions will be posted on http://www.alporealmeatmoments.com and on http://www.youtube.com/alporealmeatmoments. From June 22, 2008 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 9, 2008, consumers can rate each video. This rating process is for entertainment purposes only and will have no effect on the determination of winners, which is described below.

From all approved submissions, up to twenty (20) videos will be selected as semi-finalists by an independent panel of judges on the basis of: Appropriateness to the "ALPO® Real Meat Moments" theme (35%); Originality (35%); and Star Potential (30%). Semi-finalist videos will be featured on the ALPO® Real Meat Moments web site for popular voting between 12:00:00 PM EST on 8/10/2008 and 11:59:59 AM EST on 8/24/2008. Five finalists will be identified, after which a celebrity judge will select the Grand Prize winner on the basis of: Appropriateness to the "ALPO® Real Meat Moments" theme (30%); Originality (30%); and Star Potential (30%). Nestlé Purina PetCare Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any portion of the ALPO® Real Meat Moments Video Contest site if Nestlé Purina PetCare Company is not able to run it as planned, including for any causes beyond the control of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
