ABOUT THE CONTEST: The entry phase of the ALPO® Real Meat Moments Video Contest ("Contest") started June 22, 2008 and ended July 27, 2008. From all entries received, up to twenty semi-finalists were selected; their videos have been posted to this website for voting by site visitors. Your vote will help to determine the five Finalists.

Internet votes will count toward 10% of the total score assigned to each semi-finalist. The remaining 90% will be assigned by Cone LLC, an independent judging organization. The five (5) videos receiving the highest combined (popular and judging agency) scores will be named Finalists and will move on to the final phase of judging. HOW TO VOTE FOR THE SEMI-FINALISTS: Visit www.alporealmeatmoments.com between August 10 and August 24, 2008 to view each of the semi-finalist entries. Then follow the on-line instructions to vote for each semi-finalist. Limit one vote per semi-finalist per person. If more than one vote is received per semi-finalist per person, only the first vote submitted will be counted. Cookies must be enabled for voting. All votes must be posted by 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, August 24, 2008. In the event of a tie, a panel of judges will determine the winner based on an "overall impression" score.

RELEASES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: By voting in this Contest, you agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules governing this Contest and the decisions of the Sponsor, Cone LLC, and/or other Contest administrators which shall be final and binding, and (b) that the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with the voting portion of the Contest, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the voting portion of the Contest; (2) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or unauthorized access to the website or in any material associated with the voting portion of the Contest; (3) any injury, damage, or loss to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the voting portion of this Contest or downloading materials from, or otherwise using, the website; (4) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (5) any design, typographical or other errors in any materials associated with the voting portion of the Contest; (6) misdirected, late, lost, undelivered, or unprocessed votes; (7) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor or it's agents which may cause the voting portion of the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (8) any loss, injury or damage of any kind caused by participation in the voting portion of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the voting portion of this Contest should fraud, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the voting portion of the Contest.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any third party's failure to act in accordance with Sponsor's instructions pertaining to the implementation of this Contest.
